In 2019, China exported 350 million US dollars worth of flowers to 97 countries and regions. The top 5 exporting provinces in descending order are Fujian, Yunnan, Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Guangxi

In 2019, China imported 260 million US dollars worth of flowers from 66 countries and regions. The top 5 importing provinces/municipalities in descending order are Yunnan, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Shanghai and Beijing.
