A worker makes artificial flowers in a workshop at Qianzhuang Village of Guanzhuang Township in Longde County, northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Dec. 20, 2017. Located in the remotest mountainous region of Ningxia, Qianzhuang Village used to be one of the most underdeveloped areas in whole China. Local authorities tried very hard to eliminate poverty. With the help of a company from coastal developed areas, a factory making artificial flowers was built here in July of this year. The products were mainly exported to European and Middle East countries. Aged villagers, especially housewives worked at the company right in the neighborhood.
